Annon-Guy: Here’s the new BBTAG trailer.

What do you think of the new charactera? Aside from the first new character in the trailer, this left me disappointed. Kagura, Rise and Enkidu should have gotten in. No new Arcana Heart characters eitheir.

response: already reblogged a thing on this earlier, but I’ll respond anyway with what I said there:

1. Celica in for Blazblue is fine, I expect at least interactions between her with Ragna and Nine. I got into blazblue really late so I wasn’t around for Cp’s release so I’m not too in the know of the Celica hate. Still not a fan of her though

2. I recall Elizabeth having a move (a throw I think) where she puts the opponent in a tarot card of their Arcana. It was quick, but I saw the card, don’t know if it had an Arcana design. But, if they can give all these characters Arcanas, then I would be so happy.

3. Welp, Adachi confirms it, we can get characters from Persona 4Arena Ultimax. I read somewhere that Arc Sys and Altus were in a rough patch so Arc Sys couldn’t get the stuff for the Ultimax characters, but those doubts are dashed. Now give us Sho Minazuki you butt-holes.

4. ‘Bout time they added Hilda, the boss of Amnesia. Wonder who her English VA

5. Okay, Susano’o better not appear in story mode, he has no right to exist in a casual/more light-hearted story like this. I mean, he’s the fucking final boss/big bad if all Blazblue (Terumi in the Susano’o Unit, which Hakumen is kind of busy with) and a God of Destruction. It took all sorts of complicated bullshit for Ragna and Jin to take him down in Centralfiction’s climax and you expect me to believe that most of these guys can stand in equal footing with him? I know the kind of game this is so I shouldn’t really be complaining but these are the thoughts that come to mind.

Kagurra’sstance system would be difficult to incorporate, enkidu could’ve been cool, and now that we know Ultimax characters can get in Rise is a go too (i was hoping for Sho Minazuki personally).

Blazblue Cross Tag Battle’s 2.0 DLC roster has been completely revealed. Along with the previously revealed characters from Senran Kagura, Akatsuki Blitzkampf, and RWBY, the next characters joining the fight are:

Celica A. Mercury and Susano-o from Blazblue.

Elizabeth and Tohru Adachi from Persona

and Hilda from Under Night In-Birth.

Blazblue Cross Tag Battle 2.0 patch and DLC will be releasing November 21st.
